Sean McDuffee is a teacher on assignment with the SBCUSD SELPA office. He began working with SBCUSD Special Education as a one-to-one assistant in 1998. After a three year stint teaching in the community day school setting with San Bernardino County Schools, Sean returned to SBCUSD. After returning, he provided on site support to the Emotionally Disturbed program before transitioning to providing support at the SELPA level in 2015.

After attending the ADR conference in 2019, Sean helped to design and launch SBCUSD's ADR program. He currently facilitates ADR meetings at the SELPA level. Additionally,he works with SELPA staff to proactively identify situations where disputes are likely to arise. Sean, along with Dr. Lundy and Mrs. Rolland, has presented SBCUSD's ADR framework and practices to educators from across the state at multiple conferences.
