Randy Olson has been researching the interrelationships among family engagement, achievement, equity and college/career readiness for more than a decade. He has presented his findings at state and national conferences and has written articles for various publications, including Leadership Magazine and the American School Board Journal. He has worked as a family engagement specialist for San Bernardino City USD for the last five years, focusing on staff professional development and building effective family engagement systems.
