High Reliability Organizing is about attitudes and values that we internalize. In doing so, we model these attitudes and values for our students. The basic attitude is our attitude towards failure; this drives us to look for early heralds of failure but also models in our students how they can better approach failure. In this session we will discuss ways to change our thinking, words that work, and indirect methods to bring HRO to the classroom.
