Rose Bomentre has been in education for 29 years with experience as a teacher, counselor, and administrator. She worked in Los Angeles County for 19 years and in San Bernardino County for 8 years. She is currently the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services of Baldy View ROP. Previously, she served as the Director of Student Wellness & Support Services in the Student Services Division of San Bernardino City Unified School District. She has been a Director of Adult Academics and Community Education, a Visiting Assistant Professor at Loyola Marymount University working within the School of Education’s Professional Services and Counseling Division, and a Principal at a continuation high school, a comprehensive high school, and a charter high school. She earned her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology. She earned her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees at Loyola Marymount University with two minors in Communication Arts and Psychology and holds three clear credentials: Multiple Subject K-12 Teaching, Pupil Personnel Services, and Administrative Services.
